Meowth and his friends. At the beach... or whatever that is. It sure is a mess back there.
Anywho, I would have cel shaded this, but I really didn't want to spend so much time on it. Plus that darn wacom tablet pen, although nice and responsive, it's a little too wide and bulky for my tastes. I wish wacom would make a skinnier pen. Maybe they do... I haven't been on their site in years.
This took me about an hour or so... mainly because I had no clue how to draw Cacnea and Seviper, so I had fun with the whole finding reference pictures...
Welp. I'm going to leave these Pokemon to their sunning, surfing, and mischief-making.
Funny story about that ^_^; I was going to draw Meowth doing something completely different, like, he was horrified or had an "I'm so grossed out" look on his, but I decided on the beach thing and had two different layers going for the lineart. So, I had completely forgotten about that shade beneath his eyes until after I had finalized it on the oekaki board.
Good eye, though. Nobody else had mentioned it, so I thought I had gotten away with it ^_^;

On the Moon, nerds get their pants pulled down and they are spanked with Moon rocks.
Meowth had some trouble sleeping last night, but a trip to the beach makes everything better. Maybe he will find a cute Glameow to try and flirt with or something.
It totally does >_< And Meowth should be scared to leave the relationship because Purugly would probably be very abusive... kind of like Joy Peters from Tom Goes to the Mayor.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
